Find here the recipe for The Kishi, an artistic rendering of a Kishi, a hyena pic, and links and references to what Lindsay used for research.
-1 oz campari
-1 oz sweet vermouth
-top with a Brut Prosecco
-2 dashes of orange bitters
-garnish with orange peel
Put campari, vermouth, and bitters into a chilled glass with ice. Instead of a flute, I'd recommend a coupe, cosmo, or rocks glass. Top with prosecco and enjoy!
